Last Week of the Month the girls and boys can show their individuality and wear any color of leotards and tight fitting shorts to choreography only.

If you want to request cancellation of any class you are enrolled in you will need to provide 30 days’ notice. If you don’t attend the class those 30 days it is fine, but you will be responsible for the payment of those 30 days. A formal response (ie: an email or letter) is required for any type of cancellation. If you have any questions or concerns prior to cancelling please contact the office. We love all our students and want to continue to educate them so if you have any concerns we would gladly address them and work towards a solution.

If Olathe School district is closed due to poor road conditions from inclement weather, morning classes will be cancelled.  If roads clear, we will hold afternoon and evening classes.   If we do cancel afternoon and evening classes, it will be posted on the front page of our website no later than 2:00 PM.  And we will send an email.  We will also post on Facebook and instagram. If Olathe School district is closed due to cold temperatures, Miss Maria's will still hold classes.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
We encourage you to make-up your class due to illness, weather or school conflicts. If you would like to make up your class, please check our website for the appropriate times to attend another class.

Tornado Watch – classes as normal. Parents are encouraged to stay.
Tornado warning before your child’s class begins – classes as normal. Parents are encouraged to stay. Students will not be counted as absent if you choose not to bring your child to class.

Tornado warning with sirens and/or tornado spotted in area before your child’s class begins – do not drive to studio, class will be cancelled.

Tornado warning begins with sirens during a class – you may take your child if you are at the studio. Students, faculty and parents will go to bathrooms and/or inner hallway away from windows until warning expires. Class will resume as normal after warning expires.
As always, the ultimate decision to attend class or take your child from class if a watch or warning begins is always up to the parents. Please call the office if you have questions during severe weather.

Have your Birthday party at Miss Maria’s Dance, Cheer, & Gymnastic’s Inc. Our tumbling facility features a large tumbling room with trampolines, inflated tumble track, spring floor and all kinds of fun to make your party a blast! We also have a private party room to enjoy cake and presents. Our tumbling and trampoline parties are perfect for toddlers through middle school age students.

Pricing: (PAYMENT IS DUE THE DAY YOU BOOK YOUR EVENT)

1. 1 hour – $100 1 hour in our Gymnastics room. Open play time or organized activities if requested. Or 40 minutes in the gym and 20 minutes in party room.

2. 1.5 hours – $180 1.5 hours in our Gymnastics Room or 1 hour in the gym and 30 minutes in the party room.

3. 2 hours – $225 the choice is yours – spend as much time as you like in both rooms.

Available Times: Friday Night, Saturday and Sunday afternoons (1 pm & later) Parties MUST be paid for in full to be booked.  Contact us for availability. 888-0060

What’s included? Up to 15 participants (anything over that requires additional instructors and would be $25 more), 1 instructor per 15 participants, goody bag and a coupon for a free class at Miss Maria’s for each participant. There are two 8 foot tables and benches that will be set up in the dance room for cake and presents.

The instructors will lead as necessary, play games, and have contests, but you can decide exactly how much you want them to lead or just monitor.

Gym Rules and Waiver: All participants must have a signed waiver on file to participate. You may download your Birthday Party Request Form here or sign up online. Fill out the waiver online or waivers are available at the gym. Also fill out the Birthday Party Request Form and either bring it in or email it to missmariasdcg@gmail.com

1. Only 1 person at a time on all equipment.

2. One direction down the inflated air mattress. No jumping off the sides

3. No balls of any kind

4. No climbing on stacked mats

5. No playing in dance rooms or with music equipment.

6. No confetti

7. No tape on the walls

8. Tips are accepted and appreciated

Parents enjoy seeing how their children are doing in class, so we set up three weeks each year for parents to come inside the class room and watch class. Other than these three weeks, parents can watch through the glass windows but should not be in the actual classroom during class time so that the instructors can interact uninterrupted with all of the students.
